Rate Case Approved by ACC — New Rates Effective Oct 1, 2025

The Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) has approved Verde Lakes Water Corporation’s rate case and financing. New water rates will take effect for service on and after October 1, 2025. In addition, a $0.81 tariff charge will be added to customer bills for three years, ending October 31, 2028. ACC Order Attached Below
